Our goal at Starfish Kids is to make clothes that kids feel good about wearing and parents feel good about buying.
To that end, sustainability is one of our biggest priorities. We’re deeply committed to protecting the planet for our children, and here’s how we’re doing our part.
High-Quality Clothes That Seriously Last
We purposefully design for durability, so our clothes can withstand the muddiest, messiest, most memorable playdays where you laugh until you cry (or maybe vice-versa). They wear well wash-after-wash and were made to be handed down in tip-top shape.
Thoughtfully Crafted
Our clothes are all made of OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabrics (exclusive of trims) that are free of over 300 harmful chemicals and known skin irritants (such as banned azo dyes, formaldehyde, pesticides, lead, nickel and other harmful chemicals). It’s a high standard that’s better for children’s skin and better for the people and environments that surround where clothing products are made.

Responsible Packaging
Every aspect of our packaging uses 100% recycled materials, from the stickers, cards, and hang tags to the tissue paper to the poly mailers.
Waste Reduction
We listen closely to our customer’s wants and needs and produce small batches of clothes accordingly that we feel confident they will love. The intention is to sell out, but any unsold product and design samples are donated to children in need through our charity partner, Cradles to Crayons.
Progress, Not Perfection
We’re always listening, learning, and striving to make our sustainability efforts even better. As our company grows and evolves, we’ll have greater scale and purchasing power to increase our impact. We owe that to you, our valued customers, and to our children and the future planet they’ll inherit. We’re always open to feedback and new ideas on how we can do that, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
